Are any of these cities located in geographical "bowls?" Do any of these cities experience the winter conditions we experience in Prince George? Are the vehicles tested indicative of type of vehicles normally driven in our northern environment? Great! Now the city can put that money to some good use and not some "make work" project that's utterly useless.
