			<description>Level playing field? I think not. If you go to any freelancer programming site and try to compete you are competeing against Asian and Indian programmers who are willing to do hours of programming work for, in most cases, less than $1.00/hr. How can anyone seriously compete with that? The world isnt being put into a competitive market, it is being put in a market to see who will work for mext to nothing. Software and e-companies are laughing all the way to the bank because of these people who are willing to work for them at any cost. It is not even a matter of competing, it is a matter of deciding whether the education that cost you thousands of dollars should be devalued to the extent of bankruptcy.  - MustBMe</description>

			<description>Advanced education needs to be accessable to people who excel in high school and show the aptitude for it.  Too often, people are denied access because of the cost and their abilities remain forever locked behind a brick wall. - allniter</description>
