			<description>As I mentioned in another thread, seniors on fixed incomes are penalized by this tax, too.  Natural gas, used in many of their homes for heat, is already horrendously expensive, and isn't it going up 11% this year??  That, in turn, increases that damned tax.

For some of these folks, eating properly is already difficult because of the cost, so they're getting double-whammied big time.

Had to smile at your post DK.  That same week I jokingly mentioned to my parents that they sould switch to coal :)...thanks for the chuckle! - allniter</description>
