HAACK -Glen Willard born in Elmira Ontario on April 17, 1917 to Mabel Ermina (Hill) and Harvey Edward Haack, Glen has out lived his parents, siblings Burton (Cassie), Jim (Myril), and Alice (Bill) as well as all cousins. He joins his wife of 63 years, Sophie, in eternity. He passed away peacefully with his daughter Shirley, and granddaughter Kara, by his side shortly after 7am on Sunday, May 4, 2008 at the age of 91 in Prince George. He also leaves his daughter Joan (Dave), special friend Paul, grandson-in-law Robert, "Haack grandsons" Cale and Isaac, and great grandchildren Sequae (Seecar), Quinny (Winky) and Will (the boy). Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 1pm from Assman's Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at the Prince George City Cemetery. Following the interment refreshments will be served at the Elders Citizens Centre, 1692 10th Avenue.
