Just witnessed a great display of community spirit and neighbourliness. Walking my dogs at Ginter's park I saw a woman, accompanied by a couple of large poodles and some associates, actually picking up other peoples' doggie droppings - making the area cleaner and more appealing. She was equipped with pooper scooper, shovel, bucket and toboggan. Kudos and a great big thank you goes out to her and anyone else contributing like this.
I know that I will be a little more diligent about my doggie droppings thinking about this lady's shining example.
