Utility bills up $200 in three years

OMG--Utility notices arrive.

This is out of control. My calculations show an increase of over $200 for the past three years. In other words we pay $200 a year more now than in 2010. Why? Oh, and if you did not budget for this you get penalized a extra $44 dollars if not paid by the due date. This is primarily for water and sewer. Road repair I understand, but not this tax grab.

Someone really needs to look at detailed expenditures at the city level now.
