No one was injured when a school bus struck a light pole at the corner of Domano Boulevard and Highway 16 East on Monday morning.
Prince George RCMP Cpl. Craig Douglass said the bus driver had hit the pole while swerving to avoid a collision with another vehicle.
"There were 23 high-school students in the bus and they were picked up immediately and taken to school by another bus," Douglass said. "The roads were slippery at the time."
Police were called to the scene at 8:25 a.m. No charges were laid.
