Why plow now

I was driving down 15th Ave the other night around 11:30. I was shocked to see eight snow plows on a two block stretch of road.

They were moving the snow from one side of the road to another.

I was glad to see my tax dollars hard at work.

I am curious though, why are they plowing a road that has been plowed multiple times when there are roads in the Hart that haven't been plowed once this year.

This makes me wonder if someone should audit our local government and see just exactly what our money is being spent on.
