Knezevic off to good start at BC Scotties

Patti Knezevic and her Prince George Curling Club foursome opened the Scotties BC Women's Curling Championship at the Cloverdale Curling Club on Monday morning with a 9-8 win over Lori Olsen and her Royal City Curling Club team.

Olsen came up short with her last rock in the 10th end to give Knezevic the win.

Other members of Team Knezevic are, third Kristen Fewster, second Jen Rusnell, lead Rhonda Camozzi, fifth Falon Burkitt and coach Rick Fewster.

The Prince George team plays Kirsten Fox, another Royal City team, in their second game, tonight at 6:30 p.m. Fox is also 1-0.
