I just want to let you know that I think your idea of changing the name of the city from Prince George to Lheidli T'enneh (editorial, Dec. 20) is very exciting. I expect my fingers will learn to pick it out on the keyboard with practice.
My many friends and relatives left behind in England have always wondered which prince we were named after, and until you clarified in your editorial I have never been sure.
My goodness, that prince didn't even become king!
"The people where the the two rivers flow together" -- Lheidli T'enneh -- has a great ring to it.
