Thanks for a pleasant hospital experience

Over the past few years I’ve had opportunity to be admitted to the hospital on a few occasions. Before Christmas, I was admitted to UHNBC for surgery, with an overnight stay for recovery. I need to say that from admission through to discharge the entire staff treated me with compassion, kindness and a highly professional manner. Not once was I treated with indifference. People were willing to address my concerns, answer (as far as possible) my questions, and provide a safe and caring environment for my stay.

At this time I wish to say a very public thank you to all of the people who work so hard at the hospital to make our time as patients as good as they can.
