Economy first and foremost

Great news for the associate news editor, Ashley MacDonald.

Her pleading editorial (Nov.6/2012) miraculously worked! I can only imagine her relief in knowing that 'Mitt' will not get to raid American women nor steal their hygiene products.

Ms MacDonald in her editorial paints some perplexing views regarding U.S. elections, most especially on importance of economic issues as belonging to "...some kind of dystopian society where the priorities of what is needed to get done were first and foremost the economy." What? Where has she been?

The voices of men and women who were concerned about real issues such as economy, unfortunately were trumped by voters who fell for the concocted, invented out of thin air 'war on women'. Not to ignore the racial hustlers, class warfare baiters, strategically injecting division and hate. Further, the liberal media and press are so deep in Obama's pockets they are getting bruised from his quarters but they don't mind. What a way to win, eh?

Who cares about crisis looming at home? Who cares about fiscal cliffs, budgets, debts, deficits or New York and New Jersey. Photo -op promises hmmm... sorry not delivered.

Only three days after the election and stocks are plunging, employees already handing out pink slips by droves, cover ups unraveling, and Obama's best in administration are resigning.

Not to worry, I'm sure there is a blame closet around the corner.

So Ms MacDonald, you just may witness a making of dystopian society but one that will be born from views and beliefs like yours and not because of people who see the economy as the priority right now.
