Stop selling religion door-to-door

As most of us do I work , shop, drive, and generally deal with the public on a daily basis. My house is my haven, my getaway from the rest of the world. It's the place where I feel safe and can relax from the daily routine, spend time with my family and enjoy the quiet and solitude.

I have nothing against religion but I am not interested in it and don't need people coming to my door to see if I am. If that is what you enjoy in your life then all the power to you. I am not interested. The part that is causing me to write this is mostly due to the fact that they won't give up. Not only do they come constantly but wont take a polite no for an answer.

They have to keep pressing the subject till I have no choice but to be rude. I don't feel that should be necessary but I guess they do.

If I want something I will go and find it. If you have to come to my door to sell me something I either have it or don't want it.

I don't go to your house selling beer and Van Halen CDs so don't come to mine selling religion .
