Early bird winner drawn in Hospice House lottery

Williams Lake resident Yvon Levac is the latest winner of an early bird prize in the Prince George Hospice Society 2012 Dream Home Lottery.

Levac's name was drawn Tuesday for a Beachcomber hot tub from Tropical Pool and Spa.

Just 30 per cent of the 8,500 tickets printed for lottery are left to be sold with six weeks to go before the grand prize winner is drawn.

Tickets are $100 each and the grand prize is a 2,490-square-foot home, built by Rise Construction, along with six appliances and a moving package.

Located at 7416 Creekside Way in the Creekside Properties subdivision at the end of Malaspina Avenue in College Heights, it's open for viewing daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

There are also three early bird prizes still to be won prior to the grand prize draw on Oct. 29: a

wine fridge and $200 gift certificate from Aaron Switzer of ReMax Realty; a limo ride from Sweetdreams Limo; and a snow blower from Hart Drugs.

Tickets may also be ordered from the 24/7 toll free ticket hotline 1-866-419-7604 and are also available at Canadian Tire, Superstore, Pine Centre Mall, Northern Hardware and Hart Drugs Pharmacy. Oct. 28 at 6 p.m. is the cutoff date for final sales.

Proceeds support three out of the 10 beds at Rotary Hospice House.
