The vast majority of us agree that we need to conserve water and water our lawns on the allocated days and hours allowed.
My big beef is with those who water but can't take the time to figure out how to sprinkle the lawn and not half the street at the same time.
Thousands of gallons of water going down the drain needlessly every day.
