One person is dead as a result of a two-vehicle collision near Chetwywnd that has closed Highway 97 North in both directions.
Police were unable to provide further detail late Thursday afternoon.
The highway was closed four kilometres south of the junction with Highway 29 and was expected to remain closed until 8 p.m.
