A city crew equipped with a vacuum truck spent a few hours Friday afternoon cleaning up paint that spilled off a vehicle and created a mess on Third Avenue in front of Books and Company.
The city is keeping track of the clean up cost in the event the spiller is found, city spokesperson Chris Bone said.
