Putting P.G. first

I have yet to here of any benefits for citizens of P.G. from the Enbridge pipeline.

When they start to build the pipeline from Alberta with Alberta contractors are they going to stop at the B.C. border and start using B.C. contractors?

I doubt it.

I look around P.G. and I see out of town contractors paving, building sidewalks ,vehicles with Alberta plates doing B.C. Hydro pole testing, working at the police station etc.

If they are going to build the Enbridge pipeline, then how about we negotiate something like paving the streets of Prince George? Colin Kinsley should be able to do this. Where is Dick Harris on this? Lets make some noise P.G. and let them know what we want. If they agree to repave our streets they have my vote.
