Local groups get gaming grants

Four local groups have received community gaming grants from the Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development.

The Prince George Youth Soccer Association received $100,000, the Prince George Mardi Gras of Winter Society $16,500, the Spruce City Minor Boys Softball Association $7,140, the Prince George Judo Association $6,400.

The grants were announced Thursday.
