    QUESTION OF THE WEEK

Sick of getting gouged at pumps?

Citizens of Prince George: Are you sick and tired of being gouged? We are and have been for the last two months with the highest gas prices in Canada. I go to a website cheap gas.com today it’s 81.9 at Costco in Edmonton.

I know no taxes there, but for God’s sake quit ripping us off here in B.C. Even Ottawa is under $1 a litre. Wonder why?

I say to solve the problem “try”. There are two outlets that give us a break on cash back for your food purchases and the other gives you funny money.

I suggest we support only these two. If we can help boycott the rest of the gougers we will see the gas go down. Where is our corporate pal who makes the stuff right here at home?

On a second note, I urge the people of B.C. to pick up the October edition of the National Geographic magazine.

It will feature maps and facts, in-depth analysis on the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. It will be a non-biased observations of the oil disaster.

Hope Enbridge gets a copy and of course our government research committee that is going around our country.
