Guests tantalized their taste buds by judging the chili at the Community Arts Council's Great Northern Chili Cook-off held at the 36th annual Spring Arts Bazaar Saturday. 11 teams battled for spicy bragging rights as visitors got to see defending champions, The Spice Cabinet -- MLAs Shirley Bond and Pat Bell -- take the title once again.
