Fellow competitors Kevin Mylrea of Westbank, and Breanna Wong, were sent home by the judges. The three couples with the lowest numbers of votes from Wednesday's performance show were at risk of elimination. The public voted and the bottom couples were given the chance to dance for their lives. Smith and his partner Kaitlyn Fitzgerald were not among the bottom three couples.
