The victims of Tuesday's homicides have still not been identified publicly, but police have disclosed that they are a 19-year-old female and a 23-year-old male. Police held the scene in stasis for most of Wednesday before the search warrant process allowed them to enter and begin the forensic evidence collection. The bodies were transported from the home in the 2300 block of Webber Crescent at about 5:45 p.m. and members of Prince George's Forensic Identification Unit moved in for hours of scene analysis that went on well into the night. "Both of these individuals are known to police," said Prince George RCMP spokesman Const. Gary Godwin of the victims. It has not been disclosed what the motives might have been in this double murder, how police came to know of the victims, how long they may have been in the house, how they were killed, of if any suspects have been identified. Police have so far said only that the murders appear to be targeted and have the apparent markings of the Prince George gang world, although no specific gang conclusions have been drawn so far.
