TORONTO - Toronto police are seeking suspects and clues in two mysterious homicides in the city.

The latest was an unidentified male in his late teens or early 20s shot to death in the city's east end. The body was found on a lawn by a woman leaving for work Tuesday at about 7 a.m., about seven hours after neighbours reported hearing gunshots.

Police, meanwhile, have identified a 22-year-old man shot Sunday in a wooded area in the north end as Evan Andrew Rouse.

Police say Rouse rarely left the downtown core and it was totally out of character for him to be in the area where he was found.

Detectives hope the man's friends can explain what he was doing on the mountain bike path and where he spent his last hours.
