The Prince George Cougars have traded goaltender Alex Wright to the Spokane Chiefs for a conditional 2009 Bantam Draft Choice. We wanted to give Alex an opportunity to compete for a spot in the WHL," said Cougars general manager Dallas Thompson. Wright is a Prince George minor hockey product and spent the 2007-08 season with the Cariboo Cougars of the BC Major Midget League.
