The Grumman Goose is seen the day before it crashed.
The photos were taken on a flight the day before Lawrence died.
Lawrence grew up in Fort St. James and still has strong ties to the area.
"Simon was a terrific pilot and showed the utmost professionalism and courtesy," Brian said. "Greg sat right seat with Simon this year and took the close-up shot."
