SAN ANTONIO - Two beluga whale calves are doing well after being born four days apart at SeaWorld San Antonio.
One calf was born Sunday to nine-year-old mother Whisper and the other was born Thursday to 22-year-old mother Sikku. Neither has been named yet.
The park says the 1.5-metre-long, 68-kilogram calves appear to be in good health.
They will nurse for about a year before moving on to a diet of solid fish.
Shows are on hold while the new families bond but visitors can view the mothers and babies.
