GRAND BEND, Ont. - Rescue crews were searching late Wednesday night for a 17-year-old male who went missing while swimming in Lake Huron.
Provincial police were called around 5 p.m. to a beach in Grand Bend after a Stratford youth disappeared.
The search included the length of the beach, with police and emergency workers looking for the youth.
The U.S. Coast Guard also dispatched a helicopter to help look.
Police planned to search the beach overnight and were expecting a helicopter and divers to arrive by morning to continue the search.
