Just wondering exactly who decided spraying tar down on the roads and highways, covering it with rocks, then using the drivers of this city as a way to pack it all down, was a good idea?
Who do we send the bills to for rock chips in windshields and paint, and the removal of this tar from our cars and trucks?
Was the paving-budget blown in the first month, and this cheesy, cheap route the only way to try and repair the worst roads in B.C.?
Thanks for the mess.

I was wondering, myself, what that was all about... It certainly did some damage to my own vehicle... Good call Colleen, I find it was a poor choice to repave, and when they do spots in actual pavement, well it's just as bumpy as a pothole would be... When will they be repairing the terrible left turn onto Highway 16 from Ferry Ave?? I have a TRUCK and I fishtail from the bumps. It's poor prioritizing on the City's part.

It hasnt happened to me, but I worry about waiting to cross the street in my wheelchair as big trucks go by. Any flying rocks would severely hurt.
