Rollover leads to fatality Print E-mail

IN STORY
A single-vehicle rollover on a forest service road south of Vanderhoof led to the death of one person Thursday evening, Vanderhoof RCMP reported.
Cst. Jason Thompson said one of the five occupants in a crew cab pickup was ejected when the vehicle went off the road at kilometre 83.5 on the Kluskus Forest Service Road.
The ejected passenger was transported to St. John's Hospital in Vanderhoof but had succumbed to her injuries, Thompson said in a press release.
The name of the victim, a female, is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin.
