This really puzzles me, why would the city want to fine people for cleaning up the mess they made in our yards? I just don't get it, Ken Craig said in a news report that it would cost the tax payers money to clean up gravel that they spread all over our yards? Our taxes may as well be put to some good use because the potholes aren't getting any smaller in this holy city. The city needs to start paying us for damage done to our cars because of the craters out there, maybe we as tax payers need to start handing out fines to city hall for damages done because of the potholes, what do you think?
