Check out http://content.lib.sfu.ca/pgpl/search.php

You can search Prince George newspapers from 1909 to 1951. I found this link on the lib's archive projects.

The PG Public Library has a searchable archive from 1999 to present (- 2 days). However you will require a library card to access it.

Walter, I like the new website but I have a few questins/suggestions:

1. I miss the latest comments section that was listed before.

2. You explained to someone how to post their picture/images but I do not see any useable link for this. A better question is; what is the purpose of this feature and does it work?

3. I still cannot rate a commenter's post. As most people know, most of my posts are poorly rated, but I contend, you don't have to be popular to be right. It would be nice to rate my opposition's posts, but perhaps that would be ..... an "eye for an eye" and a "tooth for a tooth" , the old covenant. =:)

I am probably not alone with this problem and I know you have made a couple of attempts to solve it for me. Perhaps someone else who reads this has it figured out.

4. The obituary section c/w pictures is very impressive.

5. It would be nice to have a profile for posters (commenters) and forum messaging. I really like christianforums.com

Tips

1. I miss the latest comments section that was listed before.

>> Its now located on the frontpage in a tab named comments.

2. You explained to someone how to post their picture/images but I do not see any useable link for this. A better question is; what is the purpose of this feature and does it work?

>> If you click on your default profile picture, you should be directed to your profile. There you can edit, and add a picture for your profile. The purpose of this feature is to help build an interactive community.

3. I still cannot rate a commenter's post.

>> Keep trying. Reverting back to Firefox2 is a good start.

4. The obituary section c/w pictures is very impressive.

>> Look forward to more improvements, overhauls.

5. Profiles?

>> Coming soon.

I tried to find the latest comments without success.

By comments, I meant the latest comments of all posters, not just the personal list of one person.

Hi Saved.
Here is a blog entry link on what the latest comments looks like. It's defaulted to videos in a tab format, so I had to click on the comments tab. Hope this helps. http://tinyurl.com/5vv2vs
